We are currently seeking a talented Quant Platform Manager to join a dynamic team dedicated to driving innovation in the private markets sector. This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead the development of cutting-edge quantitative products tailored to meet the needs of private market investors.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate closely with Client Solutions and Quantitative Investment Science teams to execute the digital product vision and drive the implementation of the product roadmap.
- Lead the product life cycle, including planning, execution, and the development of new features and enhancements.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable product capabilities through collaboration with users, research, and engineering teams.
- Serve as a primary business development resource, promoting products and driving customer engagement upon product release.
- Take ownership of product performance and invest in continuous enhancements to meet client needs.
- Mentor the development team on best practices in product development, including solution generation, market research, prototyping, and product delivery strategies.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in product leadership roles within the FinTech sector.
- Strong knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, quantitative analytics, and data architecture.
- Genuine interest in investments, asset allocation, portfolio optimization, and cash flow modeling techniques.
- Previous experience in Private Equity is advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and problem-solving skills.
- Results-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to innovation and initiative-taking.
Preferred Education:
- MA/MS/MBA/PhD or equivalent experience
