This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring 2-3 days per week in the office.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute data and analytics strategy for client data.
- Drive effective management of client data to support business operations, strategic objectives, and analytics.
- Define strategic objectives for client data, ensuring alignment with long-term vision.
- Identify and address governance issues, including critical data elements, definitions, and data quality rules.
- Collaborate with various departments to drive firm-wide data strategy.
- Assess impacts of new structures or system changes on data lineage and applications.
- Identify opportunities related to client data.
- Perform other duties as required.
Requirements:
- Experience with client/CRM databases and ability to understand data within proprietary applications.
- Proven track record in driving data initiatives with an agile approach.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal, relationship-building, and conflict resolution skills.
- Understanding of diverse client profiles.
- Strong executive presence with the ability to simplify complex issues.
- Background in asset management or investment management, preferably in private markets/private equity.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, preferably in a quantitative or data-focused area.
- 10+ years of experience with at least 5 years focused on client data management or data governance.
