Global private markets firm, with over 40 years of experience and managing more than $112 billion in assets, is seeking a Technical Lead of Finance Systems. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with stakeholders to shape business architecture and processes, enhancing efficiency and scalability within our Finance organization.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of business goals and processes to inform product priorities and improvement recommendations.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to shape product strategy and prioritize needs effectively.
- Monitor market and technology trends to propose innovative solutions and inform product strategy.
- Establish product roadmaps and release plans aligned with business outcomes.
- Continuously evaluate product performance and advocate for improvements.
- Identify and resolve blockers to achieve business objectives, including technical challenges.
- Ensure alignment with corporate, financial, and IT standards.
Requirements:
- 8-10 years of experience in a similar role, with demonstrated success in product management and software development.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies and strong collaboration skills.
- Experience with Finance Transformation initiatives and ERP implementations.
- Familiarity with Finance Systems technology portfolio applications such as NetSuite, Workday, Concur, MS Dynamics, Adaptive/Anaplan.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information effectively to diverse audiences.
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A) or Bachelor of Science (B.S) preferred.
