Position Overview:
In this position, you’ll take charge of managing and maintaining critical infrastructure systems and services. As a key member of our Global Infrastructure Team, you’ll play a crucial role in providing top-notch service to our internal customers, coordinating technology projects, and implementing system and process changes to meet business objectives. Collaboration with other IT teams will be essential in achieving our company’s goals.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate should possess:
- Significant experience as a Senior Systems Engineer in the industry
- Strong knowledge of virtualization technologies like VMWare
- A proven track record with Windows servers and services, including IIS
- In-depth expertise in Active Directory
- Familiarity with network diagnostic and monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds)
- Experience with storage technologies such as PURE Storage
- Proficiency in technologies like Citrix VDI and backup solutions (e.g., Rubrik)
- Expertise in hypervisor replication technology, such as Zerto
- Knowledge of communication protocols (primarily TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g., BGP, OSPF)
Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing day-to-day infrastructure operations for global offices
- Leading infrastructure projects and deployments in coordination with other teams
- Ensuring regular patching and updates for core systems like Cisco UCS, vCenter/ESXI, PURE Storage, and Windows Server Operating systems to maintain high availability
- Participating in Datacenter tasks, including virtual machine provisioning and performance troubleshooting
- Mentoring team members on technical issues
- Participating in an on-call rotation for all data center services
- Serving as the point of contact for the global service desk regarding server-related issues
- Participating in troubleshooting and root cause analysis for service interruptions and developing problem resolution strategies
- Creating and maintaining operational and procedural documents
- Assisting in IT’s involvement in SOC 1 certification
- Fulfilling other responsibilities as required
Qualifications:

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize and multitask
- A solid understanding of enterprise technology management operations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working in a large or midsize company with multiple international offices
- Proven experience in managing disaster recovery testing efforts
- Experience in handling some aspects of SOC1 or other types of certifications
- Willingness to travel internationally 1-2 times per year to global offices as project demands dictate
