What You’ll Do:
As a key member of a cross-functional Scrum team, you’ll play a pivotal role in crafting software solutions. Collaborate closely with fellow team members to shape requirements and designs, ensuring the final product aligns with customer needs. Guide the development process from inception to production.
Work closely with software architects to enhance technical designs and challenge decisions when necessary. Regularly assess iterative outcomes, suggesting improvements to techniques, tools, and processes to maintain peak performance.
Mentor junior colleagues, imparting your expertise to foster their growth and development.
Empathize with customers, understanding their pain points, which will be instrumental in effectively solving problems and delivering solutions that cater to their needs. Your contribution to resolving their challenges will be a source of satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring:
- A Bachelor’s degree in computer science or engineering, coupled with a minimum of 4 years’ software engineering experience, or a Master’s degree in the same fields with at least 2 years’ software engineering experience.
- Proven experience in designing and developing data models that encapsulate the business logic of fintech products.
- Proficiency in designing and developing highly scalable and performant Enterprise-grade applications using NodeJS, C#, and/or Python.
- Hands-on experience with NoSQL databases and caching layers like MongoDB and Redis.
- Skill in creating dashboards and reports using visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar software to provide insights into fintech product performance.
- Proficiency in integrating with RESTful APIs utilizing JSON payloads.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript frameworks like React, along with HTML5, CSS3, jQuery, Web Standards, and User Experience (UX) principles.
- Adept at developing and troubleshooting cross-platform and cross-browser issues.
- Familiarity with Docker containers, Kubernetes, and Helm.
- Fluency in one or more scripting languages like Python.
