Requirements:
- 8+ years consulting experience in Compliance, Regulation, or Risk.
- Strong background in ‘blue-chip’ Financial Services, especially Asset or Wealth Management.
- Proven leadership in regulatory change, compliance, or risk projects.
- Expertise in key regulatory and risk topics.
- In-depth understanding of market trends in Asset and Wealth Management.
- Proficient in client relationship development and business development.
- Senior stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English with willingness to travel.
Responsibilities:
- Lead client engagements, manage teams, and drive collaboration.
- Develop subject matter expertise and IP in regulatory and risk themes.
- Analyze client needs, develop proposals, and implement recommendations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and contribute to business development.
