What You’ll Do:
As a Senior Consultant based in Luxembourg, you will play a key role in leading and delivering high-impact consulting projects for renowned clients in asset management, private banking, and investor services. Your work will span multiple strategic areas, including:
- Strategy Development: Guide clients through strategic transformations and growth initiatives.
- M&A Integration: Lead integration efforts for mergers and acquisitions.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:
To thrive in this role, you’ll bring:
- 2-4 years of experience in consulting or project management within financial services, ideally within asset and wealth management.
- Experience working on projects related to Target Operating Models, business process optimization, and IT solutions in areas such as CRM, portfolio management, risk management, or middle and back office functions.
- Deep understanding of industry trends and the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with the ability to influence both clients and colleagues.
- Strong academic credentials from a top business or engineering school.
- Leadership and mentoring abilities, guiding junior team members to deliver excellence.
- Proficiency in English (C1+), along with fluency in either French or German (C1+).
- Willingness to travel and eligibility to work in Luxembourg.
