As a Senior Consultant, you will support our clients—ranging from asset managers, banks, custodians, and insurance companies to large corporations—in developing and integrating comprehensive risk management solutions. These solutions will cover governance, policies, processes, analytics, models, systems, and data management.
Your role will involve responding to regulatory changes (such as AIFMD, Basel/CRD/CRR, CSDR, EMIR, MiFID, Solvency II, UCITS), driving strategic initiatives, and enhancing existing processes. You’ll be part of a team of seasoned professionals, including asset managers, bankers, insurers, and technologists, gaining hands-on experience in implementing solutions and providing top-tier consultancy services.
Building on your experience from a large consultancy or a financial institution, this role offers a unique opportunity to deepen your career. Requirements:
While specific responsibilities will depend on your prior experience, ideal candidates should have the following qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree from a reputable academic institution.
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience at a “Big 4 firm” or an equivalent organization.
- A results-driven mindset with the ability to set and achieve goals, meet quality standards, and adhere to deadlines.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with confidence in presenting and engaging with clients.
- Strong creative problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing issues and developing effective solutions.
- Ability to work independently while demonstrating strong team collaboration skills.
- Fluency in English, and proficiency in at least one additional language (French or German).
