My client, a global private markets firm is seeking a Senior Process Engineer to join our Continuous Improvement team.
In this role, you’ll spearhead the design and improvement of operating models for new private market product offerings, with a focus on Wealth Management. Utilizing your expertise in lean six sigma and project management, you’ll guide projects from inception to implementation, collaborating with internal and external partners.
What you’ll do:
- Develop and implement new operating models across our value chain
- Lead improvement initiatives, managing project plans, execution, and risks
- Partner with business and technology teams to drive future state design and execution
- Facilitate productive discussions and executive-level collaboration sessions
- Create comprehensive project and process documentation
What you bring:
- 5+ years of project management experience
- Lean Six Sigma black belt certification preferred
- PMI Certification and Change Management Certification a plus
- Financial services industry experience, particularly in wealth management or private equity, is advantageous
- Experience with new product introduction and launch
- Proficiency in business process mapping and design
- Strong presentation and communication skills
