As a Senior Business Analyst, you’ll bridge business needs with technical solutions, collaborating with IT project teams and business clients. Proven leadership skills, innovative thinking, and effective communication are key. This role may evolve into a team lead/manager as our global presence expands.


The ideal candidate:

  • Thrives on process improvement and problem-solving.
  • Communicates effectively at all levels.
  • Has experience in IT areas like Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, BPM, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Support.
  • Familiarity with CRM and BPM tools.
  • Can manage system integrations, data migration, and analysis.
  • Understands Agile and Lean Six Sigma methodologies.


  • Collaborate with business partners to elicit requirements.
  • Document business needs and engage with product stakeholders.
  • Address customer satisfaction issues.
  • Conduct training sessions as needed.
  • Build strong support relationships for non-US users of Client Experience platforms.

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or similar role preferred.
