What You’ll Do
As a Senior Associate in Product Marketing, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the narrative and strategy for new product launches. Your responsibilities will include:
- Content Development: Crafting compelling marketing materials for product launches, including offering memoranda, presentations, fact sheets, emails, and due diligence materials.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with internal teams—such as investment, operations, IR, compliance, and legal—as well as external legal counsel to ensure the accuracy and compliance of all materials.
- Fundraising Support: Assisting in the creation of content updates, webcasts, product insights, and other communications that support fundraising efforts.
- Brand Consistency: Ensuring that all marketing communications are aligned with the firm’s brand voice and tone.
- Project Management: Managing multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and meeting deadlines in a dynamic environment.
What You’ll Bring
- Expertise in Marketing and Content Creation: Proven ability to write clear and compelling content, tailored to various audiences and project requirements. Experience in developing marketing materials for institutional asset management, with a focus on private equity, private wealth, private debt, and real assets/infrastructure.
- Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to connect market trends and business goals to create effective marketing strategies.
- Attention to Detail: Exceptional grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills, along with a meticulous eye for detail.
- Interpersonal Skills: Outstanding collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across different functional teams and levels of the organization. A positive attitude, sense of humor, and team-oriented mindset are essential.
- Educational Background: A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- Professional Experience: 5-8 years of relevant experience in marketing, with a deep understanding of financial markets and investment concepts.
