Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Leadership: Oversee and guide key projects to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion, aligning with program objectives.
  • Complex Coordination: Manage and coordinate complex projects across the organization, ensuring all levels are engaged and informed.
  • Resource Management: Identify and fulfill project resource needs efficiently.
  • Effective Communication: Communicate project expectations clearly to team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
  • Project Planning: Develop and manage comprehensive project plans for multiple strategic initiatives.
  • Partnership and Accountability: Work closely with business leads to ensure successful project delivery and hold workstreams accountable for deliverables.
  • Cost/Benefit Analysis: Assist in analyzing and documenting cost/benefit aspects of potential project options.
  • Timeline and Milestone Management: Establish project timelines, define milestones, and manage dependencies, keeping business leaders and team members informed.
  • Resource Allocation: Manage resource requirements to meet project deliverables.
  • Skill Application: Utilize strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders.
  • Attention to Detail: Maintain a keen focus on details and deadlines.
  • Critical Thinking: Employ active listening and critical thinking to drive project success.

Qualifications:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
  • Certifications: Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) preferred.
  • Experience: 2+ years of relevant experience.
  • Project Management Skills: Demonstrated strong project management capabilities.
  • Data Presentation: Ability to summarize data and insights using Tableau and create compelling PowerPoint presentations.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, adept at delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Entrepreneurial Attitude: Self-starter with high energy and a hardworking, entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Business Judgment: Sound business judgment to evaluate options and make cost-benefit trade-offs.
  • Operational Insight: Strong operational background to support decision-making processes.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable working with ambiguity and demonstrating autonomy with limited direction.
