As Manager, Security Operations, you’ll lead all security aspects at our global financial services firm with over 40 years of experience and more than $112 billion of assets under management.. You’ll oversee incident response, monitoring, risk management, and governance. Essential for maintaining our security posture and ensuring compliance, you’ll manage a team of analysts and collaborate on security strategies. This hands-on role offers growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement cybersecurity strategy aligned with organizational goals and regulations.
- Lead and mentor cybersecurity team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Identify, assess, and prioritize security risks, devising effective mitigation strategies.
- Maintain incident response plan, leading investigations and remediation efforts.
- Deliver security awareness training to ensure employee vigilance.
- Evaluate and manage security risks related to third-party vendors.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and conduct assessments.
- Evaluate and implement new security platforms.
- Manage security budget efficiently.
Requirements:
- Financial services industry experience with knowledge of security challenges and regulations.
- Proficiency in security tools like Darktrace, Rapid7, Crowdstrike, Netskope, Wiz, Carbon Black, and Delinea.
- Familiarity with security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and OWASP.
- Experience advising and implementing security measures.
- Ability to operate at tactical and strategic levels, engaging with partners.
- Knowledge of security standards, compliance frameworks, and regulations.
- Preferred: BS in Computer Science, Information Security, or equivalent; CISSP, CISM, or other relevant certifications.
- 10+ years IT experience with 5+ in Security and 3+ in management.
