You’ll lead strategic projects within our Transformation Program, driving the full project lifecycle from requirements to implementation. Responsibilities:
- Define project priorities, scope, and timelines in collaboration with business and technical teams.
- Develop and execute project plans, managing resources and risks effectively.
- Drive standards and governance for project reporting and documentation.
- Engage with senior leadership to ensure project alignment and swift change adoption.
- Lead vendor activities and coordinate testing and quality assurance processes.
- Facilitate project meetings and create executive-level presentations.
Requirements:
- Agile delivery experience required; PMI Certification helpful; Six Sigma certification a plus.
- 4+ years of project planning and management experience, preferably in the financial services industry.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to lead projects from idea generation to implementation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
