Join a global private markets firm with over 40 years of experience and more than $110 billion in assets under management. They’re looking for someone who can lead Continuous Improvement and Organizational Change efforts at both the firm and business functional levels.
What You’ll Do:
- Mentor executive sponsors and business owners to lead
- Translate strategy into project initiatives and actions in partnership with Business Functional areas
- Ensure connectivity across management routines and cascading of goals and critical metrics by collaborating
- Define project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, and timelines, identifying and addressing issues and risks
- Cultivate positive relationships and influence senior leadership
- Facilitate executive level collaboration sessions by defining agendas and outlining objectives
- Create content for executive steering committee materials, dashboards, key performance indicators, and lead executive level sessions related to continuous improvement
What You Bring:
- Significant experience in developing Continuous Improvement programs and execution methodologies, including Six Sigma DMAIC and Lean
- Proficiency in organizational change, communication, and acquiring agreement for recommended actions
- Self-starter with the ability to lead independently in a dynamic environment
- Strong attention to detail with excellent project management, verbal, written, and presentation skills
- Experience in data and analytics
- Ability to establish, measure, and track key performance indicators at an enterprise level
- A balanced approach that aligns Lean principles with the needs of HarbourVest
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Six Sigma Blackbelt Certification
- PMI Certification and Change Management Certification (preferred)
Experience:
- 10+ years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence
- Preferred experience within an Enterprise-wide Strategy & Execution, Office of the COO, or Transformation Function
- Experience in the Investment Management or Financial Services industry (Private Markets experience is a plus)
