Job Description Summary
This position offers a hybrid work arrangement, requiring a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office.
What We Are Looking For
We seek a candidate with significant experience leading Continuous Improvement and Organizational Change at both the firm and business functional levels. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing multiple projects within a program, effectively partnering with executive stakeholders to deliver impactful results.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Business Functional areas to translate strategy into actionable project initiatives.
- Cross-functional Connectivity: Work closely with the team to ensure goal alignment and metric integration across management routines.
- Project Management: Define project priorities, scope, approach, resource requirements, and timelines. Identify issues and risks, and develop resolution plans.
- Leadership Influence: Build and maintain positive relationships, influencing senior leadership to drive change.
- Facilitation: Ensure productive discussions and outcomes by setting clear agendas, objectives, and facilitating executive-level collaboration sessions.
- Executive Communication: Develop content for executive steering committee materials, dashboards, key performance indicators, and lead sessions related to continuous improvement.
What You Bring
- Continuous Improvement Expertise: Significant experience in developing and executing Continuous Improvement programs, including Six Sigma DMAIC and Lean methodologies.
- Organizational Change Management: Skilled in communicating ideas and gaining agreement for recommended actions.
- Leadership: Self-starter capable of leading independently in a dynamic environment with multifunctional teams and tight project timelines.
- Project Management: High attention to detail with excellent project management, facilitation, verbal, written, and presentation skills.
- Data Analytics: Strong experience in data analysis and performance tracking.
- KPI Management: Experience in establishing, measuring, and tracking key performance indicators at an enterprise level, including executive routines and action plans.
- Adaptability: Ability to balance Lean principles while adapting to specific organizational needs.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Six Sigma Blackbelt/Greenbelt Certification required.
- PMI Certification and Change Management Certification are preferred.
Experience
- 8+ years of experience in Lean, Continuous Improvement, and Operational Excellence.
- Preferred experience in Enterprise-wide Strategy & Execution, Office of the COO, or Transformation functions.
- Industry experience in Investment Management or Financial Services is preferred, with Private Markets experience being a plus.
