We’re seeking a Business Analyst with a focus on data, technology, automation, and financial understanding. In this role, you’ll be a crucial part of our team, responsible for translating business requirements into technical solutions, system designs, and prototypes. You’ll collaborate closely with various teams to enhance our cloud-based data analytics platform, which drives data-driven research for private market investment decisions. Key Responsibilities:
- Gather and translate business requirements into technical solutions, system designs, tests, transformations, and reports.
- Cultivate relationships with various stakeholders.
- Create and maintain project artifacts such as task boards, use cases, documentation, release notes, and technical write-ups.
- Identify, document, and facilitate the integration of new data sets.
- Develop functional prototypes and conduct data and functionality testing using SQL, Python, and other relevant technologies.
- Address data exceptions and irregularities from internal and external sources.

Qualifications:

- Proficiency in SQL and data analysis skills for system design and testing.

- Proficiency in Python for quick prototypes.
- Track record of completing high-complexity projects.
- Familiarity with business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent.
- Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD practices, and tools.
