We seek individuals who possess:

  • A minimum of 10 years’ experience in consulting or change management within prominent financial institutions or consulting firms.
  • A strong academic background, with at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Extensive exposure to blue-chip financial services organizations, particularly in asset or wealth management.
  • Proficiency in various aspects of project management, including Target Operating Model, business processes, and IT solutions within areas such as Distribution, CRM, Portfolio Management & Risk Management, Middle & Back Office processes, and outsourcing.
  • Demonstrated aptitude in relationship building, client account management, and business development.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to mentor and coach team members effectively.
  • Proven experience in senior stakeholder management and influencing, both internally and externally.
  • A comprehensive understanding of market trends and dynamics within the asset and wealth management sector.
  • A collaborative mindset focused on team achievements.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with a knack for leadership and influence.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Proficiency in English as the business language.
