Assistant Manager, Product Marketing (Private Markets)

Our client, a leading global private markets firm, is seeking a dynamic Assistant Manager, Product Marketing. With a hybrid work arrangement (2-3 days per week in the office), this role offers the chance to contribute to innovative product launches and be part of a collaborative, fast-paced team.

What You’ll Do:

  • Develop and Implement Marketing Content: Create materials for new product launches, including offering memorandums, presentations, fact sheets, launch emails, and due diligence documents.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with investment, operations, IR, compliance, data, and legal teams to shape and define product messaging.
  • External Communication: Implement webcasts, product insights, and update emails to support product fundraising and guide conversations.
  • Legal Coordination: Collaborate with external legal counsel on materials supporting launches and fund closes.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure a consistent message, tone, and brand across all marketing materials.

What You Bring:

  • Experience: 8-12 years in developing marketing materials and content with an institutional asset management focus.
  • Marketing Communication Expertise: Strong working knowledge of marketing communication practices and relationship management processes.
  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated comfort delivering feedback and direction to senior partners and investment professionals.
  • Financial Markets Knowledge: Solid understanding of financial markets, specifically private equity, private wealth, private debt, and real assets/infrastructure.
  • Analytical Skills: High level of comfort with numbers and analysis, and the ability to independently analyze information and solve problems.
  • Writing Ability: Proven business writing ability with excellent grammar, spelling, and proofreading skills. Ability to write about complex concepts clearly and compellingly, and vary tone and language based on project/audience.
