We’re in search of a seasoned professional for the role of Vice President of Product Operations. This individual will be responsible for overseeing the operations of a private equity-focused open-ended offering. Here’s what you need to know:

Your Role: You’ll spearhead open-ended product operations, ensuring smooth fund routines, including liquidity management and expense oversight. Additionally, you’ll handle regulatory support, governance tasks, and drive improvements in processes and infrastructure.

- Maintaining fund routines and overseeing liquidity management.
- Providing regulatory support and preparing for board meetings.
- Driving process and infrastructure improvements.
- Supporting the product specialist and IR team.
- Collaborating with various internal teams and external partners.
Requirements:
- Strong understanding of open-ended funds and private markets.
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
- Proficiency in fund operations, accounting, and Microsoft Office.
- Experience with regulated funds and private wealth.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance or equivalent experience; finance/accountancy qualifications are advantageous.
- Minimum 10 years of fund operations experience, preferably in private markets or private wealth.
