Role Overview

This position offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled Quantitative DevOps Engineer to join a vibrant and expanding team. You will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining continuous integration and delivery (CI/CD) pipelines, supporting the seamless operation of a cutting-edge Analytics Platform. The role involves enhancing automation processes to increase the efficiency and productivity of the development team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage CI/CD pipelines and software repositories.
  • Create and maintain automation tools for deployment, configuration management, and infrastructure as code (IaC).
  • Implement robust security practices and access controls.
  • Collaborate with various technical teams to optimize deployment processes.
  • Oversee the coordination of software releases, working closely with development, testing, and business teams.
  • Evaluate and enhance CI/CD processes for better efficiency and control.

Qualifications

  • Experience:
    • Minimum of five years in DevOps with a focus on automation and CI/CD processes.
    • Strong background in managing Git-based repositories, including branching and versioning.
    • Proficiency in scripting for automation and deployment, with experience in containerization (Docker, Podman, Kubernetes).
    • Experience in both Windows and Linux environments.
    • Familiarity with Azure cloud services and infrastructure management through IaC.
  • Skills:
    • Solid understanding of security best practices in software deployment.
    • Proven ability to handle complex, high-impact projects.
    • Strong teamwork and collaboration skills, with experience in Agile environments.
