Role Responsibilities:

- Oversee project management tasks, ensuring successful achievement of key targets and goals.
- Provide guidance, mentorship, and coaching to promote continuous learning and productivity improvements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge and drive scale.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Proven success in completing large-scale projects across Process, People, Data, and Technology within complex organizations.
- Strong process-oriented mindset, capable of translating business problems into implementable solutions with measurable business benefits.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with a flexible approach to adapt to various situations and stakeholders.
- Expertise in change management with the ability to influence leaders towards desired outcomes.
- Critical thinker with a focus on data analysis and attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in process engineering and project management, focusing on transformation and change management.
Work Arrangement:
- Hybrid work arrangement with a minimum of 2-3 days per week in the office.
