This role offers a hybrid work arrangement, which entails 2-3 days per week working from our Boston office.
The Senior Business Analyst for DealCloud takes on the role of IT platform owner, serving the needs of investment professionals and operations teams. This individual plays a pivotal role in bridging user requirements with optimized technical solutions, collaborating with IT project teams and business clients to gather, clarify, and translate business needs into documentation and conceptual designs. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership skills, is an active thought partner, and contributes innovative ideas to shape technology demand within the business community.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and capture business needs.
- Document business requirements and maintain engagement with relevant product stakeholders.
- Participate in design reviews, coordinate parallel project deliveries, contribute to future use cases, and communicate potential impacts in road map planning.
- Proactively address customer satisfaction matters.
- Conduct training sessions for employees and team members as necessary.
- Additional responsibilities as required.
Requirements:
- Broad experience in three or more areas of IT: Applications Development, Enterprise Architecture, Project Management, Business Process Management, Quality Assurance, Infrastructure, and Maintenance and Support.
- Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and their business applications, with a focus on DealCloud and Salesforce.
- Proficiency in robust system integrations, data migration, and data analysis.
- Familiarity with Agile software development methodologies and Lean Six Sigma.
Preferred Education:
- Bachelor of Science (B.S) or equivalent experience.
Experience:
- 3-5 years of experience as a business analyst, product manager, or equivalent roles in software implementation (preferred).
